I ordered some of this on the 8th of May, and it still hasn't arrived, with no explanation as to why, and I cannot see a link to claiming a refund!

why is Evian water an age restricted item?

I didn’t know it was. If it is though, it’ll probably be only for the glass bottles.

Is the bottle design matching the picture (prestige)?

Mine was not prestige bottles. Regular bottles.
