wanted to be able to start taking vitamin D as Dr ordered me to start it on a low dose 400 international units ,and then slowly over time increased until now I'm at a thousand ,my doctor is very pleased with my vitamin d levels now ,and so am I so I'm going to carry on buying these would recommend if you're not getting enough vitamin D but obviously check with your doctor first, I like the fact that they're vegan only for it doesn't mean there's any weird added stuff

I'm on my second packet of these supplements. I find them easy to swallow with no after-taste, just one a day to improve your immune system and also muscle function, teeth and bones.

Nice little tablets, go down easily, silently doing their good work. Approved by the Vegetarian Society and Halal certified. Important:The Vit D3 is of pure pharmaceutical grade. And last but not least, it was recommended by my GP.

Being prone to Vitamin D deficiency it really helps keeping the Vitamin D levels normal. A must for winter months.

It would be better if they explained exactly what the iu measurement means - i had to do a fair bit of checking out on the interwebz to make sure I wasnt taking too much! However, they do exactly what they say, no more no less and I will be repurchasing

Delivery was fast. Tablets are small enough to swallow. Only used it for 2 days so will see how I get on with it in terms of its effects.
