Excellent
The stuff is great hence I bought it again but something I think is worth noting is that I ordered this on the 22nd or 23rd and it arrived on the 24th December That's pretty efficient and worthy of mention.

Thick, messy but strong!
Needed to reseal around shower cubicle as water was seeping through and damaging ceiling below. Also a cracked and chipped tile. I am not a pro and therefore the finished job isn't quite to professional standards. In fact it does look a bit messy! But, it has worked in sealing the tray. It wasn't as easy to go on as I would have liked, having cut the nozzle, the tube took a lot of heavy squeezing to get the product out. I expected it to flow out but it is quite thick and I found it hard to squeeze without using both hands. I then had to go back and smooth in which I found to be quite messy. Having left it 48hrs I must admit it does seem to be of sturdy quality and probably will last longer than the last paste type sealant I used, that had gone on more easily but when dried looked thin and weak, which is why it probably didn't last long! This I think will hold well even if it does look like an amature has done it!!

Easy to use
Easy to use. I used it around the sink, seems to be doing the job.

Pleased wit the result. Sufficient for one shower base
This was sufficient sealant to seal one shower basin, It does not require a metal gun by which to apply it. The cut needed at the nozzle to begin applying is marked out with a line as a guide to cutting. A nice help. It takes some effort to squeeze the sealant out, Some strength, and for a few minutes it takes to apply it. The price was good and a known brand. I use masking tape as the online guides advise which I peeled off as soon as I had applied the sealant. Going slowing but not stop and start - and being patient - is the key top a good seal I'd say.

Tube split open at the side with the slightest of pressure
As others have said, the tube split and the contents oozed out making this product impossible to use. So far I have been unable to request a refund on the Amazon website as I keep getting directed to the option to 'troubleshoot' in order to fix an electrical item.

Tube - Easy and convenient application and storage
I bought a tube of this product rather than one of the larger cartridges that require a gun. There are obvious advantages that the tubes have, and unless I needed to apply sealant over a large area in one go, I would choose a tube every time. The cartridges do contain a fair amount of sealant but I nearly always only need a fraction of the contents. The cartridge usually ends up back in the shed and forgotten about, with the contents going off before I ever get around to using it again. The tube is small and neat with a screw lid. Contents will keep for three months (off the top of my head), so if you're doing a series of small areas like I am, you can take your time and use the sealant gradually. The cartridge requires a metal gun cage, but the tube is manually squeezed out. The perfectionists amongst us who don't use silicone sealant regularly will prefer the greater amount of control that the tubes give when applying, particularly around corners where the cumbersome cartridge and gun can make application tricky. I've found that this sealant applies smoothly and is easily wiped up when neatening up the application. It sets within 24 hours to a brilliant white. I have been using it to reapply to internal silicone uPVC window joints which had become unsightly with mould. The areas are always prone to mould staining. The sealant has remained brilliant white since applying. I've ordered a second tube of this stuff because of the convenience of storage and easy application. I don't feel pressured to use all the sealant up quickly and know I can tackle replacing all the old silicone sealant around the house over time. Removing the old sealant is enough of a faff without being on a go-fast to use a whole cartridge off sealant up before it disappears into the shed black hole or sets!!! Good stuff

Be careful when using as the tube can split
It seems to have sealed the shower panels but the tube split open so the contents spilled all over the shower base. On the plus side it has meant there is now so much sealant used that it's unlikely to need redoing for a while, on the negative side, it's a nightmare to get off the places I didn't want it, and it has quite a pungent smell that is taking a while to dissipate.

Stays usable once opened.
Good stuff and you don’t have to use it all at once. I’ve found it ideal as a DIY tool because it does stay usable in the tube. Seems pretty good to keep the mould in the shower down too.

After seeing lot of positive reviews bought this product. But the product is absolute useless, I applied this around sink area but it came off after a day. It came off like Fevicol comes from skin. Don’t waste your money on this product. Better to go for tried and tested method like white cement
