After taking strong antibiotics for a bad infection just before Christmas 2022, I struggled to get my body and flora back to how it was before then. Recurrent BV, stomach and joint aches were making my life frustrating. I would get my pH right for 1 or 2 days, and as my hormones changed during my cycle it would all go out the window again. In desperation, I ordered these as they were within a midrange budget and I could get them next day on Prime. When they arrived I realised they are made by a local manufacturer and that gave me some reassurance. I took 1 straight away, and by day 3 my pH symptoms and aches had completely subsided. I have been taking 1 a day as suggested, and 2 on the odd days when I feel like I need extra support (such as the last day of my period, etc). Initial symptoms included mild stomach ache and bloating, but after taking them consistently for 2 weeks, I no longer have those symptoms. The tablets themselves are tasteless and are larger than most vitamins so I recommend taking them on their own with plenty of water. They come in a tray similar to painkillers, and the packaging is fully recyclable. These have been a Godsend! Will be ordering again on a subscription basis.

I have now been UTI free for a year thanks to these! I have suffered with recurring UTIs for over 10 years, having to avoid certain things in life to not risk getting an infection, however thanks to these I can now enjoy life, also appreciate how then help with bloating and keep my digestive system regular

So I bought these because I was pretty desperate. They definitely seem to work. I took one a couple of weeks ago and symptoms that I had had for weeks seemed better within hours. Yes I know it doesnt sound believable. The next day I actually felt normal and for about nearly weeks my symptoms seemed to have disappeared. The only problem was when I took it I had really bad stomach pains. Sort of a gnawing sensation in my abdomen. It was pretty severe so I didnt dare take any more. I do suffer from acid reflux so maybe it was related to that. I think if I had taken for longer maybe a week my symptoms would have probably disappeared and not returned. I can now feel my symptoms slowly seeming to restart but I am still much better than I was 2 weeks ago. Just not sure whether I should try them again or not. In summary: They worked really well for me with only one dose. But severe stomach pains mean I currently dont care take any more.

Made me ill don't trust products online go to someone proplely and make sure it's good for your specific health this is not a great brand.
