This product is amazing. I’ve been using it for just over three month now and I’m pretty impressed. It not only helps with the hair growing out of my head… but it also helps with my beard growth as well. The color is almost like a milky type product with the same thickness. It has no smell and the taste by itself is a little sweet but nothing too crazy so it’s easy to swallow. I personally add it to my apple juice every morning and then with my homemade smoothie in the afternoon. Again, you can’t really taste it but knowing it’s there is good enough for me.

My hair is growing in thicker! I lost quite a bit of hair many years ago due to WL surgery and my hair wasn’t recovering like it should. It was so thin I ended up getting professionally installed hair extensions to cope. Again, after several years hoping my hair would recover, it didn’t. I made the decision to remove my hair extensions and just really worked on the overall health of my hair- these vitamins have helped immensely! My hair has recovered and back to the original thickness and texture I had before WL surgery. My hair professional who has done my hair for 23 years and very familiar with my hair before and after WL surgery, was very impressed! Blown away! First I’d like to say I died last year was brought back 3x afterwards I was on medications and my waists length hair had all fallen out I had bald spots, my 2 yr old grand baby had more hair than me😱 I’ve always always had long hair and thick hair. When I say it was depressing I mean it, it’s rough on women when we lose our hair. I tried so many different things and was just losing more hair🥹 finally I came across this product and I have never been more satisfied ‼️‼️ The taste is good ( this is an issue I have with meds I’m a texture and taste person) it’s so easy to hold under your tongue and swallow. I can't really say that the product works or not bc I didn't take consistently and my son was also taking it with me and used more than me lol but I did notice less shedding of my hair. The taste is not bad and very easy to swallow. I plan to get another bottle and use consistently and see if I have better results, which is why I only gave it 3 stars
