This Zest sleep aid tea really does help me to sleep. I usually have to take 1-3mg of melatonin to sleep, and even though that is a small dose I end up feeling kind of groggy for half the day. This tea put me to sleep in 30 minutes and didn't leave me feeling groggy or fuzzy-brained the next day. All the herbal ingredients are organic, which is very important to me and kind of hard to find. I only gave it a 4-star rating for flavor because it is delicate and aromatic but not strong enough for me so I pair it with another flavorful herbal tea bag, usually a lemon-based or peppermint tea bag. Excellent sleep aid product. Will buy again. Happy camper!

Have trouble sleeping, hope this product will help. Had a little trouble getting to steep well. The tea seems weak looking after several minutes, but didn't know if this is the usual color.

I think I have purchased this 3-4 times. This recent batch has less flavor. It seems to help still with sleep from the 3 bags I have had so far.
