How does the gel stay put after applied though, I dont think this is possible?

The gel doesnt stay put as such but soothes as soon as applied. Just put small amount on tip of clean pinkie finger and rub gently on to sore area of gum.

I have bitten my tongue and it is quite sore would this by suitable?

Yes it is suitable for cheek and tongue bites. It’s also good to rinse with salt water after meals, and suck ice cubes or lollies. Good luck.

Oral thrush should be treated with a anti fungal cream that you can buy over the counter at any chemist. You may also need to see a doctor if it is inflamed or sore, as yiy may need a stronger cream or antibiotic.
