I am looking for a 3mm / 1/8'' collet for this model. my research did not give me a clear answer which one to get. has anyone a part number perhaps?

I have bought a set of ER11 Collets from amazon in sizes 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch. And they fit ok using the same nut. I use the 1/4 inch now instead of the standard 6mm because the 1/4 inch can be used on both. You can actually buy a whole box of ER11 collets for all the metric sizes and the 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch for about £25. Now that I proved it works, I may buy the other sizes so I can add drill bits and drill in confined narrow spaces.

What metal cutting discs & mandrel/arbor are suitable?

No cutting/grinding discs should be used on this machine. It is for metal grinding burrs. It is a dangerous tool if used wrongly.

Has this product a case

You don't use a disc it's a diegrander they're in the Amazon family they're grinding bits I've got one use most days as a locksmith
