4" Lap Joint Exhaust band Clamp - Stainless Steel

If you’ve never used band clamps you gotta try these. They’re tapered to fit so they’re higher quality than ones that are thinner steel that just tighten to seal. Hardware is good enough quality to last a while.

Great product, exactly what I needed

Stainless steel, good quality. 4" down pipe of Cummins dodge ram. Pipe broke right at the clamp connection under the passenger floor board. So one 4" pipe slipped over the other pipe, and this repair sleeve is made to fit that application perfectly! (one side fit s over 4" pipe, while the other side fits over the "swelled" 4" pipe, so like 4-1/8") took 5 minutes to fix what might has cost hundreds of dollars to fix!

For a 2-3/4 inch clamp, 2026 purchase, only the band is stainless, the bolts are grade 2 cad plated (not stainless), outer wedges are cad plated steel as well, separator block is aluminum. Not for long life use in the salt belt. HOWEVER the bigger problem is that it is about 3mm oversized for 2-3/4 exhaust pipes (measured with Starrett calipers) and will not tighten enough to secure, clamp will rattle.
