My gums are sore, my lips are red and sore so I got this product.I'm always dubious of claims, but I can tell you my mouth felt great all night. It's worth the money in my opinion. I think it will be value for money as a little goes a long way.You can also apply to your lips to help keep moist.Not too strong a taste, ie not minty.
