They save my feet, which also means my ankles and knees are better aligned and my legs really feel the difference. The only thing that I wish was different is the surface is quite rough so I have to wear thicker socks. A softer surface would be great but understandably then they would wear out faster. Definitely the very best insole for the money. My son who has the flattest feet (no arch at all) wears them in his rugby cleats and they fit perfect and do the same job that his professional orthotics do at a fraction of the cost.
