Packaging could be better
The product arrived looking like it had been kicked around a football field .. luckily the product itself was intact and that’s testament to the fact that it’s a good quality product.The box had been taped with extra tape so obviously had burst opened at some point in its journey. Nevertheless I’m happy with the product.

Nice glass teapot.
Lovely little glass teapot for one. Loose leaf tea or tea bag can be used. The central sieve comes out to be cleaned. I had mine a year ago. I liked so much I’ve given this purchase it as a gift.

Pretty but not the best design though filter good
Lovely looking teapot. First time I used it the lid came off into the cup so I’ve learnt to hold on to it. Looks great and the filter is very fine so it is perfect for herbal teas
