It’s an excellent quality memory foam-style pillow. The outer quilt feels soft and comfy. Unfortunately, for my lumbar back, it was way too thick and stiff. After 2 days I removed the extra 1” foam insert that was pre-cut by the company. It was still too thick and un-giving against my lower back. After 10 more days, I cut the inner foam piece using an electric turkey knife. It was easy. First, I cut the pillow down from 21” to 17” long so it would fit better on my office chair. Then I cut ½” off the flat back side to make it 3.5” deep. Finally, I sewed my own black suede covering on top. Now, with my modifications, it looks and feels beautiful.

This has been very helpful for a sore back. It was shipped quickly and was as discribed.

Noticed it was ripped after I took it out of the vacuum seal. Had to return and get a new one. But I did let it sit and fluff it just to try it and it’s comfy. Supports my neck well but it does sink in a bit without going completely flat. Does what it needs to for my neck and shoulders, which is why I decided to return and get a new one instead of just a return. Received my second pillow today after first one received was ripped. Second one also cane damaged and I used nothing but my hands to open so no sharp objects were involved which may have damaged the product. Not bothering to return the second one but just annoyed that both products came damaged.

After adding this pillow my neck and shoulder reduced significantly!
