Supports feet fantastically - BUY THEM
These insoles save me from so much pain from plantar fasciitis. After major surgery 5 years ago for something unrelated, I was left unable to walk. After attending physio and still in a lot of constant pain I thought I'd give these insoles a try. I no longer wear any trainer or shoe without these in them. I no longer feel the pain from plantar fasciitis as my feet are so well supported now. I highly recommend them. I used to wear a UK 6 / 6.5 but now purchase a UK 7 and size Small insole fits my shoes / trainers perfectly. At the start of wearing the insoles my feet hurt as the insoles were correcting my fallen arches which I've had for 30 years. I now find the insoles very comfortable to wear and im out walking 7 - 10 miles daily pain free. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SELLER. Excellent communication as there was a mix up with my order - I ordered 2 PAIRS of the double set of insoles. Only 2 pairs arrived instead of 4 pairs. The Seller was polite, very helpful and sent out my additional 2 pairs of insoles straightaway. Will definitely order from this Seller again.

They Work!!! Amazing!!!
I've suffered with plantar fasciitis for about 3 years now, sometimes worse than others, but for much of this time I was in considerable pain whenever I tried to walk. (And I have to walk quite a bit). I've tried the golf/tennis ball thing, anti-inflammatory drugs (which work well but not ideal, long-term) stretching, support socks, new (more comfy) shoes, never going barefoot in the house; anything and everything I could find to try to alleviate the pain. Nothing was giving me any relief and some things (certain stretching exercises) were actually making it more painful! Somebody recommended I try insoles. She couldn't remember which ones she'd tried but claimed they'd cured her! Wow! I was ready to try anything! I searched Amazon and came up with these...Good reviews, many sales, and a very reasonable price - worth a shot, surely?! When these arrived (it was a while ago now, but I don't remember them arriving late) I was sceptical that they'd work, but so fed up of hobbling around I was ready to give anything a go. They just appeared to be a couple of funny shaped pieces of hard(ish) lightweight foam. I think I had to trim them to shape at the toes (which was expected and no great problem) and slipped them into my shoes. Not gonna lie, these felt very odd....and very, very odd to walk on. Having read the reviews of others, I knew they were going to feel peculiar, but I was still surprised just how odd and uncomfortable they felt. However; I persevered, and after about 7 days, they started to get more comfortable...and, slowly, the pain of the plantar fasciitis started to fade!!! Now, I'd not thought to leave a review of these; the pain faded quite gradually until one morning I suddenly realised I was walking down stairs normally - something I've not been able to do for years now! I bought them last December (almost a year ago) and I was enjoying being pain-free but not really attributing the relief specifically to the insoles. And then, about a month ago, I badly damaged my little toe...the swelling was such that I had to wear a different pair of shoes - without my insoles, as I needed the extra toe box room. The swelling lasted about 2 weeks and within a week of wearing shoes without insoles, my plantar fasciitis pain started to return. Back to my normal shoes (with insoles) as soon as possible and the pain has again disappeared! I'm not sure if the insole shape has changed or my foot has changed; they feel so normal to me now. They look like normal insoles in the shoes and I really can't tell if they've "dropped" and maybe I need to replace them, but they're obviously still working, so I'll carry on using them! They've had almost a year of solid wear and seem to be working well still. For the price (under £10) they're fantastic value and for being pain-free I'd be willing to pay a great deal more! When they do need replacing, I'll definitely get another pair. So, ok; they look and feel really weird. They'll be uncomfortable. You'll probably think to yourself "These will never work - They're so small, and uncomfortable." You won't like them to start with. In fact, you'll probably hate them....for a short amount of time...until you love them. And then you won't be without them!!!

Helped me walk 11 miles without pain
I generally can't stand for 15minutes without pain at the bottom of my feet. Yesterday wearing them I hike for 11miles (5.5hours) before I got any sort of usual pain, so they definitely help! The pain was also really manageable, too. Not as strong as normal if I hike for 6miles or so. Given a four because it got painful after about 3 hours of constant walking on it, but whether this is something that my skin and feet get used it in the future is yet to be seen. Great value for money and definitely good arch support so I'd recommend it - I think it won't hurt as much if you're just standing or doing gentle walks around the workplace so could use it longer.

Great product and helping with pronation
As I was experiencing some knee pain due to pronation, I was looking for a reasonably priced set of insoles which would help. These had good reviews so I gave them a try. They are definitely working for me - although they felt a little uncomfortable when first worn, after a few days I hardly noticed and a few weeks later I feel they are supporting my feet and correcting the pronation. I'll be buying a couple more sets to go in other shoes.

Helpful support for Plantar Fasciitis sufferers
I bought these to help with Plantar Fasciitis, and they've made walking much more comfortable than using the standard insoles that came with my shoes. The arch support feels firm and supportive, helping to reduce some of the strain on the sole of the foot, especially during longer periods of standing or walking. The cushioning is comfortable without feeling too soft, and they fit well in most of my everyday shoes once trimmed to size. They aren't an instant fix, and it took a few days for my feet to adjust to the extra support. People with very tight-fitting shoes may also find they take up a bit more room than basic insoles. While they haven't completely eliminated foot discomfort, they've provided noticeable support and made daily activities much more comfortable. A good option for anyone looking for additional support when dealing with Plantar Fasciitis.

Relief beyond belief.
I suffered with plantar faciitus on my left foot for too long before buying this. I wish I had bought it sooner. Going by the number of positive reviews I was sure it had to be good, and it is. Mild relief is experienced almost immediately and I found the pain returned if I wasn't using them in any footwear. Wearing them indoors should not be overlooked, so I transfer them between slippers to trainers to outdoor shoes. I'm going to order a 2 pair double pack right now and save a £5, even though the pain has subsided and not noticeable. 4 stars because I think the price is a bit high for the material content, even if the technical design cost was initially significant.

Excellent, low cost insole - I use in cycling shoes
These insoles provide a lot of firm arch support, so much that my feet would be uncomfortable using them in regular shoes or sneakers, but they are extremely comfortable in cycling shoes (it may be surprising but arch support is more important in cycling shoes than running shoes).
