Easy-Fit Leaf Stopper Drain Cover - Black

Bought two of these for the back yard to stop a puppy sniffing about the drains! Both very easy to cut to fit around awkward pipes. Would recommend following the instructions and making a card template first for a perfect fit. They lie flat and look very neat.

I have given this 4 stars for the ease of fitting. I used my own cardboard to make a template to cut the flimsy black plastic. (When cutting the template, make sure you allow for any unevenness in the back wall else you might find you have a gap between the black plastic square with the recess for the drain pipe and the back wall.) Even though the cover has a small black lip all the way round, it is suitable for resting on flat, ground level surfaces. We have a drain gulley that is just below ground level and so this cover was fine as it just rests on the ground. I fitted it about a month ago and it has done the job of keeping leaves out of the drain. The downside - it is made of thin materials and I didn't think it was worth £7.99. However, it does the job and is quite neat.

It fitted over the drain perfectly a little flimsy needs to be more of a rigged construction.

I needed it to fit a difficult shape, but was fairly easily cut with sharp scissors. Looks tidy and professional.
