The order arrived on time. I only have it for 1 week. Item arrived in pristine condition, and everything is working perfectly so far. I am very satisfied with seller. There are multiple sellers selling same item but as i was buying a renewed item, seeing the high customer satisfaction level with this seller Hybrid IT gave me a comfort level. So far, I am very happy with purchase.

WILL NOT REFUND FOR A DEFECTIVE PHONE, even after I explained the exact issue and they approved before I sent it back. I wish I would have known about the hinge issues before I bought this phone. It was beautiful and felt great to use and I was SO excited to get it. It was great at first, but after approximately 2 months, the phone suddenly started to catch a little bit while opening, like it was getting hung up on something inside. Upon opening it for the last time, I heard a snap or crack sound and my display screen started flashing and a black line appeared on the right edge of the screen. The screen flashed on and off and would work periodically for the next day or so while I tried to get all my photos and other personal items moved so I could reset it to return. Then a black bubble appeared along the hinge line horizontally across the phone. It spread and grew a little bit in size, but the damage is ONLY along the hinge line where it malfunctioned, and seller is now refusing to refund saying I sent the phone back heavily damaged. The phone LITERALLY damaged ITSELF from within. I was already slightly annoyed that I had spent money on multiple cases and screen protectors that would now be a waste, but now they are saying they won't refund. They clearly don't honor their guarantee, and I would NEVER EVER do business with them again after seeing how they've handled this. I would also advise anyone I know and anyone who sees this to think twice about buying from them. Their actions do NOT match the guarantee, which I never would have bought a refurbished flip phone without having that. This was a defective product. I did not damage it. What they are trying to do is NOT okay.

Ordered this phone for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, it was not unlocked as advertised. Contacted the seller who profusely apologized and said I was accidentally sent the wrong phone and sent me a postage paid label and once they saw old phone was shipped, sent a replacement. So far, my husband really likes it, phone looks like new - no scratches, works great.

I was basically forced into buying a replacement Flip4 when my old phone suffered hinge damage after its one and only fall (design flaw?). Rather than spend $380 for the repair I decided to buy an Amazon renewed/refurbished phone at a significantly lower cost (made even lower thanks to some gift card $$$). I wasn't sure what to expect, but "excellent" condition turns out to be basically like new -there is no sign that this phone was ever used! The only brief moment of worry was when the phone started with AT&T (I had purchased an unlocked version since I am a T-Mobile customer)... but as soon as I popped my SIM card in, it recognized the new carrier and restarted with T-Mobile. A few hours of SmartSwitch transfer and customization later, I have "my" phone back. I can only hope not to drop it again, but if I do I am counting on the new case I bought which includes hinge protection to help me avoid another phone purchase. My next phone upgrade will definitely be with Amazon renewed.

It was cool at first and then it wore off. Hard to protect with a case. Opening and closing the phone got annoying. I switched back to my old phone after a few months.

We have had great luck with these phones. Fancy but for a fraction of the price. We like the flip feature and have found it most useful. You would never know it was a refurbished. Definitely recommend.

El equipo telefónico NO!!! esta liberado y aunque dice que es AT&T, no es Compatible con AT&T México, al revisar el IMEI en AT&T EU, dicen que el equipo no esta pagado en su totalidad, quisas fue equipo en un esquema de renta, lo cual pues no puede ser utilizado con AT&T México y con ninguna red en México, ya inicie mi proceso de devolución. Comprar bajo su propio riesgo! Saludos!

The screen broke not so long ago. I was in the first year since i bought it, so with the guaranty of samsung, could have had my screen repaired for free. Because I bought it from that manufacture, which is a third party company, i am not eligible for the guaranty and have to pay 600$ to repair my screen. Go buy an open box instead, the guaranty works.

The phone arrived in perfect condition no scratches or scuffs. I have to return it because l cannot deal with making the switch from my Apple phone.
