Amazing product, best quality.

This product is not really trustable due to the following reasons, with respect to my personal experience - 1. While operating the product the Product's covering (outer cover of the Mixer) got damaged. Since the product's return date was already gone, but still under Warranty, we had to contact the Bajaj Service Centre. At first, the Customer care people didn't registered the complaint, however, at a later stage, when after a lot of troubles being caused, and a lot of calls being made from our end, the complaint was successfully registered. 2. The complaint registered was designated to a person from the Bajaj Service Centre, Jaipur. The Service Centre person was extremely rude and didn't replied to the queries. At first, it was told that replacement cannot happen, however, after various arguments, we were able to get it registered for replacement. 3. We tried contacting the Service Centre again for this one, because the replacement was supposed to come within 10-15 days of the receipt date (as told to us). It was also told that the Service Centre will call us, but it didn't happen, so we had to call them on our own. 4. The Service Centre Jaipur person didn't picked up the call 3-4 times on one day (at different hours) and when called again the next day, he didn't picked it up. After which, we had put a message over Whatsapp. To which he asked to call again. 5. This time he picked the call up, but was very rude while answering the questions such as - What are the closing hours of the shop?. And when we asked "What are the opening hours?" He just cut the call, without listening to the question or probably he didn't wanted to entertain any questions. 6. We are yet to receive the replacement. It is because for online purchases Bajaj doesn't allow home delivery of replacement products. So, we ourselves have to go and take the replacement product from their Service Centre in Jaipur.

Good and Quality product...Value for money

One jar is damaged that's why I returned it. But mixer quality is good.

It is black and made up of plastic material, quality of the product is not that good as per the price . Makes too much noise , But works well , need to be alert while using the product . Its been more than 3 months I am using it , but my mom still fears that any short circuit might happen because it makes weird noise which will scare anyone . Use the jar as per it capacity and the instructions given to avoid any damage . It is light weight and travel friendly too, jars are a bit smaller but are managable for the small family . It is easy to clean
