RoadHawk DC-2 Dash Cam 1080p HD In Car Camera

Having recently returned a BlackVue, I could not be happier with this. Get it out the box, install SD card, plug in and its done! No messing around, the software works really well on my mac and the picture quality, GPS and G-sensor are great. Great build quality and you get the feeling this is a UK product (even though its made in China), no dodgy english in the instruction manual and a few different types of windscreen mount.I have the DC1 in another vehicle and I'm very happy with it, I tried the BlackVue to get an HD cam cheaper but its honestly not worth it, pay a bit more and you get more value for your money with this DC2.I leave the unit in place, never remove it and I use this all over London.

I would not recommend this product.Bought in late 2016, it began failing to turn on soon after purchase. Customer Service unimpressive.Soldiering on with it for now as the actual quality of video seems pretty good. BUT it fails to turn on most mornings at start-up and I have to remember to unplug it and re-power it in order to get it to turn on. Poor.

I bought 2 and it works fine in just few weeks. I keep having this camera or sd card error message which is really annoying. One of the item did not even switch to on, no green light and no voice. Tried different sd card but the same. Both camera with same issue well I can see a bad product here!

I concur with all the reviews read before purchase. This is the best dash cam available. Pricey, yes but worth every penny. Very easy to set up, I hard wired mine in with help from online videos.

I have had this unit permanently wired into my cars since 2012 , this runs 24 hrs a day using a 32Gb memory card , thats over 35000 hours of recording , its doubled up as CCTV at my home , the unit will kill a memory card if left for months overwriting its self , so remove and format the card every month or so.

Expensive compared to some- but it does exactly what it says. Excellent quality, easy to install and at least the instruction book is in English that makes sense!!

It comes with a good instructional video, and once installed works automatically all the time you are driving.

Extremely well built and serves its purpose to my satisfaction. This is the best camera I've had to date.
