Works perfectly with my Digital Voice home phone service. I like the features provided and especially the battery backup in the base so it still keeps working to take messages if the power goes off and my hub stays powered by my UPS (uninterruptible power supply). Would have been even better if it had the choice of vetting unknown callers (like how other brands phones can do) but still good enough for my needs.

The instruction book could be clearer but I managed to work it out by just experimenting with the buttons. It's a sturdy phone & easy to use, once I figured it out! Ring tones are odd, do you really want ''Silent Night'' or ''Jingle Bells'' in April. Plenty of choices. Good value for money in my view, & it does what it says on the box. It's quite weighty, but not too heavy. The buttons are a sensible size for those of us 'over a certain age'! Good functions & having the cordless up-dating phone book entries as I input into the corded phone is a brilliant idea as having to do it twice is annoying. Altogether, I am pleased with my purchase & the rapid delivery.. Ordered Sunday, arrived Monday.

Excellent quality product

A really great phone system this one, I also purchased an extra handset and they are very easy to add. The whole system is straight forward to set up, quick and simple to add contacts, you also only need to add your contacts to one of the phones and however many you have, and including the base station, all the information you put into that one phone will automatically be added to all the others, even if you added another handset at a later date. The menus are easy to follow and simple to input data. This model has so many great features with not just caller id but you can also set them up to verbally call out the name of the caller, which is really good for maybe elderly people or if you have any sight problems, it’s a very handy feature. All in all a really good phone system which is easy to set up.

Fantastic telephone package! Main phone is brilliant perfect for home or small office with answerphone, speed dials and phone book capability. Being able to put a caller on hold as well as loudspeaker are great features. The call volume is variable and is really loud when on full. The large display is excellent visually displaying the time when not in use. The cordless handset pairs brilliantly with the main phone, transferring date, time and address book between the two. Loud ring and clear display again a massive plus. The ability to switch between the two is great. We managed to pair an additional device but this isn't in the manual as not all additional devices are compatible, lucky ours was. I would recommend this to anyone setting up a small business or home office and for just general use in the home. Great price especially compared to other similar phone systems

Base unit is not working in battery . Once power is off then base unit is nit working. Vendor has to take care and send technician to rectify it or replace with good one

Hi the phone qas good in general but after less than a tear the corded voip handset stopped working. I can hear from the base but when I pick up the phone from the corded device I cannot hear anything. Is there is a way to change it?
