This was a gift for my granddaughter. She was so excited, and became even more so when her dad put it together. Imagine her disappointment when she discovered that none of the sounds work. The 'credit card reader' doesn't beep, nor does the one on the 'conveyer belt'. The one that 'scans' the shopping makes the most pathetic squeak. Very disappointing especially as it takes time to assemble and put all the stickers on
