Does this really keep liquids cold

I make a cold drink and pop it in the fridge of an evening, from taking it out of the fridge in the morning, until arriving home at tea time it is still very cold, and the same for hot liquids, I drink black tea, and it's so hot I am unable to drink it in the first couple of hours.

Has anyone experience coffee with milk being fermented after 4hours in the flask? Thank you.

Not just with coffee no… (I make espresso with frothed milk) but I have experienced this when I make a mocha which has considerably more milk content. Past a few hours it actually separates in the flask and goes utterly disgusting. Apart from that these flasks really do keep your drink hot all day!

Is there anything to attach a caribiner to?

Simple answer is NO. However you could maybe buy some kind of pouch / holder for the flask and attach a caribiner to that. The flasks however amazing and fabulous quality.
