How long is the green dye meant to last in the water i mean the colour

I usually Leave it a day and then fill a glass with water from the pond. If it is clear, I turn the UV back on (it is usually clear).

Can this be used in winter?

I personally do not apply any treatment if the pond water temperature is below 10 Celsius. Under the FAQ section of NT Labs Koi Care - Acriflavin it states: "The minimum "effective" water temperature when applying a treatment/medicine is 10 degrees Celsius. At lower temperatures, everything happens more slowly. Below this temperature treatments may be less effective. Please note that ALL fish keepers have a duty of care to the fish and it may be necessary to treat anyway."

Can this be used same time as fmg please?

Not sure what FMG is? But it's not recommended to use anything else at the same time
