## Questions & Answers

**Q: Any suggestions on what to buy to hang this from the ceiling (on a stud)?**
A: Ceiling studs are made for holding ceilings.... UP. they are not engineered to support a DOWNWARD force.

You need to install a pair of single joist blockers between 3 studs. Otherwise your ceiling WILL sag or yhe floor above the swing WILL dip

**Q: Is this wooden trapeze swing bar too long?**
A: Don't worry, it's adjustable.

**Q: How do you connect it to a doorway chin up bar?**
A: You could do it by tying the rope to the bar. It would work, but might not be the best way to do it. Doable though.

**Q: Can this be installed inside the house in basement or from low hanging roof?**
A: Yes, Mounted ours from ceiling in downstairs hallway

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great trapeze
*by A***T on 28 April 2026*

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid
*by A***R on 7 October 2025*

Solid piece of kit for our swing. It has been outside through all weathers and it's none the worse for wear.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Robust, ropes too long
*by W***W on 31 March 2026*

NOTE TO MANUFACTURER: to improve this product for your customers there needs to be a lot greater adjustment to make the rope a lot smaller for it’s intended purpose of allowing a child in my instance to dangle from the bar without hitting their head on the ground outside, it’s a really good product and robust the kids love it but myself and a few reviewers have highlighted it’s too long on the rope. I’ve had to put several knots in the rope to shorten but it spoils the aesthetic a bit but does not compromise its safety
