This is a very squishy crash mat. Not suitable for any kind of floor work *by L***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 August 2022* Nice quality but sadly this wasn't what I wanted. I wanted to use it for exercising on. It's not suitable at all for exercising on even standing still doing biceps curls!! It's like walking on squishy sand or a water bed. I can't see it has any use other than for eg the end of a slide or as a gymnastics crash mat. It doesn't fold up easily to store. You couldn't do any floor work on it as it's not firm enough. I tried very hard to like this mat as you have to pay for your return which cost me £28!!!! Not to mention that I was a nightmare trying to actually get my refund out of the seller once they had received the item back.
