The packing this came in was comical - completely crushed and looked like it had been exposed to damp
Got this to replace the same which I had used bleach on and it must have gone behind the highway noes and so rusted over 13 years of use and so became unsightly. Othwerise very durable and sound. Had hoped to find a update quiet close version but not the case. The packing this came in was comical - completely crushed and looked like it had been exposed to damp, led together with lots of wrapping tape and encased inbetween a think layer of bubble wrap - still, the toilet set itself was pristine and I look forward to another 13 years or more. I bought another toilet seat the same 13 years ago and must have been more careful with the bleach as this one remains as good as the day I bought it.
