Obviously that doesn't tell you the actual ingredients. You can read the Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) here: http://www.generalpencil.com/uploads/2/1/9/9/21998338/brush_cleaner_2013.pdf Usually the MSDS lists ingredients, but this one does not. That is allowed if ingredients are a trade secret. But it does say there are no hazardous ingredients. **Q: Will this work on India ink paintbrushes? If not, what will?** A: I have not tried it with ink but if you usually wash your brushes with soap and water, it is good for the brushes - I don't know if it would get dried permanent ink out - i doubt it. **Q: Is this product gentle enough to clean rubber stamps? Occasionally I have purchased a very well-used rubber stamp on eBay that has caked on ink.** A: hi! I recently purchased some old rubber stamps to test this product. It worked well on some very old postal stampers. The product was gentle enough and did not cause any further deterioration of the rubber. I used a small paintbrush to apply the product - a soft toothbrush may work as well or better. **Q: What does it mean when it says "clear" under the color? Is it the same product as the original? Which is a milky color.** A: Mine is the same old milky color it's ever been.
