I was skeptical, but these worked really well for me. I work full time and am a parent, so (unsurprisingly) I’m extremely tired in the afternoon. Drinking caffeine after lunch makes me jittery and upsets my stomach. These gummies are phenomenal. I’m definitely more focused in the afternoon and don’t have an upset stomach, heartburn, or any of the other negative effects that I would have from drinking coffee. It took about 30 minutes to notice a difference in my energy level. The taste is good, but the main reason I like these is because they actually work. I also bought the Purr gummies and love the taste of them, but I imagine it will take longer to ascertain whether or not they actually make a difference. The only other supplement I take is Zit Sticka Skin Discipline and it definitely took a month to see noticeable results. I placed a recurring order for Lemme Matcha. Definitely worth it as it’s cheaper than Starbucks.

Been using for two months now and I absolutely love them. I was not sure about these at first but I do love my matcha lattes. VI have a hard time drinking coffee because it makes me very jittery so I found that matcha works better for me. I was super excited to try them and so far they are great. If I take two in the morning sometimes it still can make me jittery less than coffee but still not fun. So I switched to one in the morning and one in the afternoon. That gets me through the day without any more caffeine! The price point is high but I got a decent sale and the subscription helps of course. The taste is a little odd vanilla flavor but I like it.

Was very skeptical to try this at first given the amount of products the Kardashians push and how a lot of people believe quality is not there always. So when I saw Kourtney who has always been an advocate for holistic wellness come out with vitamins, I was actually intrigued because this seemed like something that actually made sense. After hearing positive reviews of the brand and seeing how clean the ingredients were, I thought I would give it a try. Can genuinely say I’ve noticed these help me get through the workday without being completely exhausted or drinking way too much caffeine! Taste leaves a little to be desired but essentially does just taste like a matcha in gummy form.

Taste was aweful. Honestly couldn’t even force it down so I don’t loose the money I spent, these products are very expensive. I didn’t try it enough to see if it boosted my energy. Was really surprised and disappointed at how awful it tasted it since I have other lemme products that taste delicious. Really sad about this one, I was so excited.

Pretty good. I don’t like matcha but these don’t taste that bad. I definitely notice a difference in energy after taking them. It typically takes about half an hour to kick in.

I bought this because I really liked the Debloat and Curb but I was not impressed with the taste. It is a bit too sweet and I really just didn't like the Matcha taste and I actually like Matcha drinks. I also didn't feel the pick me up or energy others spoke of so I will not be buying them again.

It does give you a little boost and a feeling of well being. It’s like hey I feel ok I’m alert but chill. I slept better too, kinda takes the anxiety down. That’s just me though, eveyone is different. For me matcha seems to keep me going without the coffee jitters or crash. As far as metabolism not sure if it does anything. I feel good so that works for me.
