After 3 months it stopped working. Changed battery still no use.

Got defective piece twice.
Screen size is 15inch only. Material is good but not the best. Delete button area will get damaged because support is not proper. Pen is very good and in cylindrical shape like a normal pen hence grip is fantastic. Please check the screen damage as shown in image.

Never buy this product
I ordered for my daughter. They sent a old and not working piece without styles. Immediately I placed the replacement. But nearly 1 month ago no one picked back my item. Amazon please help me to get the replacement or please give back my money. Very very very very worst product and very very very bad customer service. Never buy this product. I don't have zero option for star so i selected 1 star
