**Q: Is it any good for a hangover**
A: No. This is about vitamins and not about electrolytes (although it clearly contains ions).
A glass of water with lemon juice and a pinch of salt will do way better than this. 
But look, you need to prep yourself before you go to bed after drinking alcohol like a monkey.  Drink water before you go home. Then drink some more at home before you go to bed.
The magic pill does simply **NOT** work. Trust me.

**Q: Do these contain caffeine**
A: This particular product doesn't, but Berocca do another, similar product with added caffiene so take care to check which you buy.

**Q: How mich vitamin c and b12 in each tablet ?**
A: From the tube - C = 500mg and B12 = 10 ug per tablet

**Q: Does this product have gluten and dairy added, thanks**
A: Its medicine. NO
