I would say this is far better than other products on the market, have used it since the start of Jan. On two toe nails. I’ve had problems with my toe nails for years now, tried all sorts even home remedies, so I was a bit of a skeptic about this. Could notice an improvement in a week. However I have some concerns that the bad part of the nail had a big ridge and it has now lifted and looks as though it’s about to come off. I’m sure this is all part of the process, I just don’t like the thought of being without a nail! But the good part of the nail is growing nicely and free from the lodger! Would recommend to use it. When you squeeze the tube to fill the brush just be careful as it does come out rather quickly.

After two weeks I can definitely see an improvement which is very encouraging. I just had two nails affected so hopefully this tube will last long enough to finally get rid of the infection. I have deducted one star only because I think it's such a tiny tube and most people will probably need more than one. Having said that, it's cheaper than anywhere else, and it's effective - even if I'll probably buy another tube so that if there is any sign of the infection recurring I can commence treatment immediately. Stick with it - it works!

I started using Mycosan on my toenails 6 weeks ago. I had had a fungal nail infection for about a year and finally got round to treating it. I bought Mycosan from a rather unhelpful chemist and wasnt sure whether it would work. I treated my large toenails twice a day and my other toenails (which didnt seem infected) once a day. I did this for four weeks then treated just the large toenails once a day for another 2 weeks. I saw results within the first week. After 6 weeks of treatment my toenails are now looking fantastic. There is still a very slight dicolouration but they are looking so much better than before. I know it says on the instructions that it can take 6 months but it was so much quicker for me. There is a guide in the instructions with tick boxes making it easy to remember when to treat and nail files are included to file down the nails once a week. I have just re-ordered more Mycosan (from amazon, cheaper!) as mine is beginning to get low and I am going to continue treatment for another couple of months just to be sure.

Have used product in the past to treat severe fungal on one foot. I alternate with tea tree oil which helps to keep the fungal under control. Mycosan seems to have cleared the fungal from other foot which was never so severe. I would recommend but seem to have continually use it hence alternating with tea tree.

I’ve been using this twice a day for four weeks, exactly as instructed, and it has made a noticeable difference. I’m not about to put my toes on the internet for proof, but they are definitely looking better than they did before. It’s very easy to use, which helps a lot with something like this because you actually stick with it instead of forgetting after a few days. The brush makes application simple, and the whole process is pretty straightforward. The only thing I’d change is the bottle. I really wish it was clear so you could see how much liquid is left and know when it’s time to buy another one. Aside from that, I’ve been happy with it and it seems to be doing the job.

I’m using Mycosan Fungal Nail treatment for a very longstanding toe nail infection and I’m also taking Terbinafine tablets on prescription trying to zap the problem from inside and out. I’ve used both before but never together or for long enough to kill it off so this time I’m going for broke. Toenails take a lot longer to cure than fingernails and the usual length of time the gp will prescribe the tablets for is 6 months whereas the instructions inside the box say use for a minimum of 9 months however this time I’ve been prescribed a much longer treatment and at last progress is being made. Although the prescription medication is quite foul it’s worth taking to beat the infection, the Mycosan is very easy to use, just don’t squeeze the tube too hard and do use as instructed twice a day to start with.

Did less than nothing to help. I wasted several months using this, and my nail just got worse. Took it with me when I went to see a podiatrist this week. She looked up every single ingredient and according to her, not one of them is actually an antifungal. So no. I don't recommend this. Because of the time wasted, it is unlikely a topical treatment will now be of any use, and I'm probably going to have to try to get a GP appointment (and that in itself is a task of Herculean difficulty) and then take a systemic treatment for six months.

This product genuinely seems to work. I had tried literally all the products I could find and none of them worked. But after only a month or so I’m noticing a big difference. However the last tube that I ordered has a much thinner consistency than the pre opus ones and I don’t know why. I have used 3 /4 tubes so far and when you get towards the end it’s quite difficult to use. But despite all that I will keep using it until the fungus clears completely as it’s literally the only product that works. You have to use it twice a day & keep filing regularly.
