Itโs become a real part of my nightly routine now. Just a couple of sprays on my pillow and bedding, and I instantly feel more relaxed and ready to switch off. Iโve definitely noticed I fall asleep quicker and sleep more deeply when I use it. The bottle itself is elegant and looks lovely on my bedside table. Even though itโs only 30ml, it lasts a good while because you only need a small amount each time. If you struggle with winding down before bed or just want to make your bedroom feel like a calm sanctuary, I canโt recommend this enough. I love it and wouldnโt be without it!

It works!
Itโs quite incredible how natural things work! I spray this on my pillow before going to sleep and in the morning if I wake up too early and want to sleep a bit longer which Iโm never normally able to do! I have combined this before with Bach sleep melts if I need a long deep sleep and itโs very powerful and natural !!

I have had this for 2 nights. THIS STUFF WORKS! Even better the sleep plus pillow spray by another company. You wake up next morning feeling SO refreshed. I was very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely by another bottle when this one is gone.
