I've used a lot of strings in my life, searching for strings that got the perfect balance between bright, punchy and warm. These Ernie Balls more than strike that balance! The strings feel great on the bass (purely a matter of prefence of course, but I love the feel), with a clean and smooth feel that makes playing a real joy and comfortable on your fingers. As mentioned, the tone is perfectly balanced, giving you a lot of versatility in terms of achieveing a specifc sound (I go from funk to rock to death metal so this versatility is great). My only complaint is that these strings could last a little longer, tending to last about a month as opposed to elixirs which last me about 2 and a half months (of course sometimes that mellower, "used" sound is beautiful in its own right!). Highly recommended

I've bought Ernie Ball strings before for my guitars and they've been fantastic, so I decided to get a set of these bass strings for a bass I was working on, and safe to say they're great. They have a good sound, with a nice twang (great for slap) which lasts for a while after you put the strings on, and then a solid smoother sound after the twang fades. Although the strings may seem a bit pricey in comparison to other cheaper strings on the market, I would say they are pretty worth it if you want some quality strings for your instrument.

i bought a bass recently and the strings were completely rusted, had no clue what strings to get but everyone online said ernie ball was the best. bought them and they are just what i needed, they were easy to replace, sound a lot brighter than my old strings and honestly feel smoother to play, 100% recommend, hope this helps someone 🤗

普段はダダリオ４５～１００ですが、テンションを上げずに太い音って理由でこいつを選びました。ダダリオより多少優しいですが、太い音になりました。指弾きが合います。ちなみにジャズベ、プレベで使ってます。

I've tried several different types of string on my Ibanez SR200 bass, but these are the best by far. Great tone, smooth action and long-lasting. Good price too. What's not to like?

Di solito con Ernie Ball non si sbaglia, sono corde standard che vanno bene per molti generi. La qualità è molto costante, appena montate basta tirarle un po' per assestarle e mantengono subito l'accordatura. Questa scalatura 50-105 è leggermente più rigida e va bene per chi cerca un po' di tensione in più sotto le dita, nulla di esagerato comunque. Una volta persa la brillantezza dei primi giorni si assestano e durano abbastanza.
