Hi, the description is 32-35cm but the package is 15.2cm. How can the package be half the size of the horn? Also is it tested for sound?

Hi, the length of the horn I received was 32cm, measuring from the mouth piece to the other end. It is only 22cm in height - this is because of the twists in the horn, mine has a smooth curve but if it has 2 twists as in the picture, then that would account for the package size. We managed to get a good sound out of it.
