Great monitor, good colour reproduction, ergo stand is incredible, but the tv functionality is super slow. Requires a lot of patience. But works exactly as advertised. And the remote makes changing the inputs super easy.

I work from home and I wanted a monitor that can also be used as a television after work. I prefer this LG smart monitor (left side of my desk) to my Samsung smart monitor (on the right side of my desk). No other monitor mount I've ever used comes close to this LG Ergo stand. This has more inputs than my Samsung smart monitor. Probably the best part about this monitor that I prefer instead of my Samsung monitor is the input button on the included LG remote. Way too many clicks on my Samsung smart monitor remote to change inputs and switch from monitor to TV. The 4k quality is great. The sound is fine. Only downsides I can think of are that it doesn't include a webcam (but I only average about 1-2 hours each day on video calls and I now use my iPhone instead), sometimes it is a bit slow when switching inputs to the LG streaming channels (but similarly slow to old cable boxes), and I wish the monitor and Ergo stand went down about 2 more inches in height. The LG streaming channels are almost identical to the Samsung streaming channels. Haven't used this for video games as those are still hooked up to my Samsung smart monitor.

I would’ve given this monitor five stars but I didn’t have a good experience purchasing it. Perfect for productivity, and light gaming. I really like that it came with built in speakers. The sound quality isn’t the best but they’re okay for when I play my Nintendo Switch. I also love that it makes my desk setup look a lot cleaner with the cable management that goes through the clamp. Highly recommend it.

This monitor shuts itself off randomly every 20-30 minutes, although all my settings for auto off and energy saving are turned off. When you turn it back on it forgets your audio settings, so you have to go back into the menu to use your speakers, every time it shuts down. It's especially frustrating because I use the HDMI eARC for my computer speakers. I returned one and the second is the same, so not just a faulty unit. Customer service is not responsive, so I will not be buying another LG product in the future.

Monitor arm is killer and monitor is nice and big. Great all in one. However if you need more monitor for your work, you can have more for same price.

I got this monitor for my home workstation. Super easy to setup. Clean design. Great display. Comes with a remote control. WebOS is super functional, it also provides free streaming service through LG Channel.

Cannot overstate how disappointed I am this with purchase. I bought this monitor as a surprise gift for my sister for her new WFH job. It seemed like a perfect fit for what she needed: a white 4K monitor with USB-C capabilities. When we opened it up and mounted it on her desk she was so excited. The white color matched her desk set up perfectly, and the size was going to make a huge difference in her workflow. But when we turned it on, our moods soured very quickly. The initial set up process was identical to setting up an LG Smart TV. I bought this monitor thinking it was a PC monitor with TV capabilities, but it seemed I got that backwards. Setting it up for a PC ended up being a massive pain. Her set up revolved around using a single USB-C cable for Power Delivery and Display-Out from a laptop. While this monitor is advertised to provide that functionality, we couldn’t get it to work. We used multiple USB-C cables, even some USB 3.1 Gen 2 cables that I know for sure would support our needs, but none of them seemed to work. We kept getting warnings on her LG Gram Style 14” laptop that the power supply was not sufficient (65W is all it needed), and we never got the Display-Out to work. Ended up just projecting the PC via Bluetooth and that was super laggy and had occasional artifacts run across the screen. To make matters worse, the screen quality did not scream 4K. We tested it with the Netflix app and it did not look great at all. Even with the monitor right next to the WI-FI router, after multiple attempts and messing with settings for ages, the quality never improved. The USB-C port may have been defective, but with all its other faults, I still can’t recommend this monitor for use with a PC. If you’re looking for a TV with a unique mount this might fit the bill, but if you want a nice 4K monitor for a laptop or desktop computer you should look elsewhere. You can find much better options for the price.

The Ergo stand gives this monitors various position to use

Es un monitor con una calidad de imagen excelente. Brillo, contraste y saturacion fabulosa. SI bien no lo utilizo para edicion fotografica, sino para desarrollo de software, bien podria usarse para esta actividad. El tamaño de los elementos a su maxima resolucion (3840 x 2160) es bastante adecuado, ni muy pequeño que no se pueda utilizar, ni muy grande como para sentir que se esta desperdiciando espacio. Lo uso con una Mac Studio y todo va de maravilla. Hasta ahora he probado a conectar equipos via HDMI o USB-C y todo perfecto. Los unicos detalles que no me encantaron, es que no puedes usar el monitor de switch KVM puesto a que solo el equipo conectado via USB-C tiene acceso a los dispositivos conectados al resto de puertos USB. Ame el control remoto y que sus funciones SMART con WebOS.

Really like this monitor, I originally purchased the Samsung Smart monitor but returned it when I couldn’t get the USB-c port to work (which seems to be an issue for other people as well). Everything seems to work well, it is large and crystal clear, everything I could ask for. The included monitor arm is sturdy and perfectly weighted to allow for easy movement. The ONLY criticism I have is that it took 8 days for delivery, not the “guaranteed” 2 days. It seems the only guarantee is that there are no guarantees. Attention Amazon, PLEASE do not use Canada Post, they don’t work weekends and have no sense of urgency. The monitor sat in a sorting facility in my city for 2 and a half days over the weekend then they attempted delivery to my home however once I realized it was Canada Post making the delivery I went to their site and changed delivery to my local post office which didn’t seem to matter. Later that evening I received an email and was finally, able to pick it up, six days late, yes you heard that right - SIX DAYS LATE. Two thumbs down for Canada Post.

After trying two days I am very happy with the smart monitor. It is very easy to set up and the picture quality also amazing. Good quality and price product for sure.
