I was informed right away of what had happenedby a very courteous gentleman who very efficiently on both occasions dealt with the problem. Third time I received my packagewith extra packing. This water is top quality for making colloidal silver giving a zero reading on my water meter.I have no problemrecommending this company and will continue to do so myself.

I bought this to use during a hot summer. It was used in a mister for orchids once the rainwater was all used up. It was used for a potted Rhododendron which objects to heavily chlorinated tap water. As you can imagine the postage was extraordinarily eyewatering because of the weight. I would buy some more for the same purposes but it really didn’t last long. Useful container to keep.

The tub itself is made of very thin and fragile plastic.Price is ridiculous, go with deionised water. I got 25 litres of it for £7.

Best Quality for making colloidal silver my machine has a light that comes on if its poor quality distilled water, the light didn't come on when I used this water

This water tasted like the plastic bottle. It would be healthier if it wasn’t in plastic bottles. The 25 litre tasted better, change the container to something safe please
