Great Quality, Low Price
I'm currently planning to add a dual hose portable AC unit with inverter to my garage, problem is the home was built in the 19th century and the garage is not the "typical" build. It's block with a wood roof and wood faces on the front and rear - I was planning to go straight through the wood wall at the top for the hoses. That's how I landed on this saw, as expected packaging was plain, but it did include a spare bit. Last night I decided to install my first vent in preparation, so chucked this up in a Metabo 18v hammer drill/driver - as others mentioned make sure you throw on your handle before using. Not thinking I tapped the trigger after chucking it, and it set off the RFC (anti-kickback) because of the weight of this thing, I felt my wrist begin to twist then remembered to put on the handle. With the handle installed I had no problem controlling it, so I headed to the ladder to drill out the hole. It's nice and sharp, had no problem digging into the wood, making quick work of it and I had a 6" hole in the wood in a minute. It didn't struggle whatsoever, the wood was 3/4", though it did set off Metabo's RFC system multiple times even though the drill wasn't being twisted (seems to be from the weight and all that extra energy spinning) - going to test another brand drill on the second hole to see if their system is just too sensitive. Overall very happy with this saw, would definitely recommend it for others - it's great if you need something affordable, but doesn't compromise it's performance.

It is a very good value and solid tool!
For an inexpensive hole saw, it works great! It easily cut through the 1/4" plexiglass without any issues. The drill bit is also very good and it clamped on well. Definitely worth it. I'm very glad I purchased it!!

It worked...just ensure ensure to check thickness of surface
Worked well. Misjudged the thickness of my desk surface. The desktop was a piece of 2" (1-3/4" real) butcher block thickness. Forgot to include the shank holding the drill bit, so it didn't go all the way through. Rotated to other side of the desktop and finished up the hold. It worked as advertised. Worked well and the actual drilling went smoothly. I would highly recommend.

Had a nice looking job. (happy)
I needed to cut a 6" hole in an outside wall for a new vent. It worked very well, heavy weight, sharp and went through with little effort. However, I found I couldn't get the mounting hardware to tighten down completely which made it feel loose. It didn't affect using it but I thought the arbor should have been a solid connection. I put it in my tool box, end of story. Thanks, ELM

Cheap in both senses.
I bought the 8” hole saw to cut holes in my roof for installing snowventco attic vents. It did the job reasonably well, but it certainly wouldn’t hold up to repeated use. I only needed it for 4 holes, and it was noticeably harder to cut on the last one. But it did what I needed, and I tossed it after. I had to stop half way through each hole to let it cool down. A skilled skilsaw operator could have cut quicker, but I was satisfied which this. So yeah, the quality is not amazing. But it’s cheap and if you consider it disposable and only need a few holes it’s not bad.

Works Well
Very sharp, heavy duty, and made a nice cut in the sheetrock. However, I bought the wrong size lol

Excellent Hole Saw — Clean Cuts, No Chatter, Great Value (Extra Pilot Bit Included!)
I’m a very experienced, hands-on homestead gardener and nursery operator, and I bought this primarily for practical shop and nursery work — especially cutting clean holes in 5-gallon plastic containers for spigot installations and similar irrigation projects. It has exceeded expectations. What I Like: * Cuts very smooth, clean holes with surprisingly little effort * No chattering or grabbing, which I really appreciate in a hole saw this affordable * The bi-metal cutter feels well made and durable * Arbor holds securely and runs true * Includes an extra replacement pilot drill bit, which was a nice bonus and something not always included at this price * Great chip clearing and fast cutting I used this on plastic containers where I needed clean, accurate openings for bulkhead/spigot fittings, and it did the job beautifully. Clean edge, good control, and no ragged cuts. It’s also useful well beyond that — I can see this being excellent for all kinds of DIY, irrigation, nursery projects, light woodworking, and general shop use. What impressed me most was how smoothly it cuts. Some inexpensive hole saws chatter, walk, or leave ugly openings. This one tracked well, stayed stable, and produced professional-looking holes. For under ten bucks, including the extra pilot bit, this is an outstanding value. Bottom Line: Well made, cuts cleanly, runs smoothly, and performs far above its price point. For plastic, wood, and light-duty general use, I can strongly recommend it. Very pleased with this purchase — easy 5 stars.
