The Diet Plate Family Pack: Male and Female

Very good quality plates, but how high do you stack your food on them? You can go quite high within the divisions ;) So the portion control didn't work quite as well as I would have wished. I've kept the plates though - they are huge! ;)

Both family members losing weight steadily using these. Comes as a bit of a shock to see what correct portion sizes are to be honest. Find the plate easy to use, dishwasher safe and makes portion control so easy, for virtually all foods.Easy to follow instructions using the booklet. No weighing stuff is a big bonus.

Mrs is happy with the items and thats it !Can't say anymore as to me its a bowl and plate .

Pricy but does the job. Keeps you focussed on your portion controlled diet. The product works but will power is not included in the box!

We found the plates useful. They really did cut down on the amount of food we consumed. The bowl in our view did not give us enough to satisfy our hunger, breakfast being the first meal of the day. The booklet accompanying the items made useful reading.
