It works wonders especially after you have eaten . It helps to burn fat. Help with your skin , sleep, This is what I have noticed. Of course we all are different and our results may not be the same.

So I bought it in hopes to lose weight. I always eat healthy and exercise. May have lost a few pounds but not sure it was related to this! But, my cellulite has improved. I have always always always had cellulite on legs. Even as a teenager and nothing has worked. Later in life I added cellulite to arms, and stomach. So I wanted to try based on reviews. Well this has helped with cellulite. Still have some but it’s better on arms, legs and stomach. That is halfway through first bottle. Gonna keep using it in hopes of even more reduction in cellulite. Give it a try for your cellulite. It has worked better than anything I have ever tried!!!

I forget that I've been taking these for close to a month now, daily and my coworkers have commented that I'm looking slimmer. I definitely noticed on a beautiful blouse given to me as a present not too long ago that doesn't stretch and didn't fit me. It wouldn't even go over my shoulders. I decided to try it on and WOW, not only did I get it over my shoulders but it fits very loosely. I definitely recommend this product.

I've never had any trouble swallowing large pills until this product. It has a tendency to turn sideways in my throat. This causes immediate nausea and thus I have to cough it up before I vomit. I'm not a fan. This situation occurs about 95% of the time. I've tried sitting and standing up perfectly straight. I've even tried taking the pills with water, juice, and soda.There is really no easy way to make the pills go down easily. The smell is slightly fishy, which the outer capsule mutes. I wouldn't recommend opening capsules and dissolving powder, if the fishy smell or texture of powdered collagen bothers you. For me, I'm just going to look for a different product. As for pain relief, I have noticed more mild headaches. Obviously, this is not the product for me.

For the last 20+ years, I've been trying to take off that "last ten pounds" of baby weight I put on. I've tried everything.
