Works well. Used to use Weem but this works better if you take the 3 capsules a day as directed. Has 5,000 mcg of biotin. Weem also has 5,000 mcg in 2 gummies but Hair, skin and nails cost less.

I've taken these for years. They help with my splitting nails, and help keep my hair healthy. The results are definite. The only problem is the pills in the container are clumped in a ball, and I'm hoping they haven't Somehow been exposed to moisture.
