The product did not fit the carpet cleaning attachment as promised. I wish to return this product.

Works but much lower quality than the 20+ year-old hose it replaced
The hose will kink when pulled, whereas the old one would uncoil and not kink when pulled. Who can use a 35 foot hose being pulled behind you as you vacuum and have the hose not coil in twists?The thickness of the wall of the hose is less than the one it replaced. Like almost everything these days, the material has been reduced to increase the profit for the manufacturer. So what is wrong if the hose kinks when pulled? It has wires inside to run the power head. And if you bend wires too many times, the (presumably) copper will break. Same will happen to the plastic hose itself. So, this hose gets 2 stars.

It's an economy hose, period.
It does not easily swivel, gets kinks in it, it is not crushproof relative to others purchased, and seems to a tad smaller diameter hose than the direct connect hose I purchased from a vacuum vendor. It is easier to disconnect the hose from the powerhead or wall to get it to untwist because there is a lot of friction with the swivel connection. I wasn't much less than my other one but my other one seems more durable and swivels easier.

hose is extremely flimsy and cheap
The hose is extremely flimsy and cheap. It already had a hole when it was delivered. If it hadn't it probably would have only lasted a few weeks.
