Awesome Customer Service
The product is G-R-E-A-T. Keeps hot drinks hot and is so very easy to clean. I have 4 of these mugs & they are all fantastic. Sadly I dropped one of them at Christmas and damaged the lid. I emailed their Customer Services team to purchase a replacement lid and they despatched me one by return of post. The comms was clear open and friendly and they resolved my query swiftly. 10 outta 10 WetoWeto !! Thank you.

It’s easy to clean and easy to use
The mug has saved me from getting scalded by my soup or my tea because some days my shakes are quite bad

Lid pops off
When you fill the cup with hot beverages the lid rises up and isn’t secure. Also very hard to clean under lid where you drink from….. Not a great design but on plus side it keeps drinks warm for about 4 hours.

Don’t buy
I will never buy again for the simple fact it burnt my whole hand as the lid didn’t go on properly and it fell out of my hand when picked up it wasn’t a tight fit lid as it states can’t travel with it because it leaks everywhere in the bag or in the pocket of the bag very hard to clean the lid

Effective and Durable
These tumblers are great! They really keep the contents hot or cold for an impressive amount of time. We've had ice survive until the next day and hot tea & coffee still very warm hours later. This is, of course, with the lids on. They're also pretty durable. Highly recommended!
