I apply it outside in the fresh air, so the dust disperses. Rub it onto the skin under the fur. It will make your puppy look a bit pale and dusty for a day, careful of dusty sofas lol, but wears off after a couple of days :) A little goes a LONG way so don't be too overkeen with it.
