YIANNA Post Surgery Front Fastening Sports Bras for Women Mastectomy Compression Wirefree Bra with Adjustable Strap

Very happy with my purchase. I had open heart surgery, and needed a comfortable supportive bra which wouldn't rub my central chest wound. I was advised to wear a front fastening bra but had to return 3 different ones as the inside of the fasteners was not protected. This bra however, is lined with lovely soft cushioned felt on the inside of the fasteners. The straps are really comfortable too, being a 'racing style' back means the straps stay put and don't slide down your arms. Excellent bra, thank you! Have purchased one black and one white. Perfect.

Considering this is one of the cheaper compression bras on the market it is very comfortable and supportive and feels good to wear. If you have had surgery and need a second garment then you can't go wrong. Check sizing advice carefully though as it doesn't follow usual ones.

I am 8 days post breast lift (no implant) and bought this in order to facilitate taking off the compression bra given to me by the clinic and washing/drying before putting back on. My back measurement is 85cm which is just over 33inches which should be a small according to the size guide but I had no chance of getting the small on comfortably. The medium does fit on the largest hook and eye setting and provided some compression around the sides but the cups are way too deeply plunged for this type of garment and therefore don't provide compression over the tops of the breasts adequately. I wore this for 2 hours while I washed the bra I was given after surgery and I ended up feeling really achey and felt so much relief once I put the original bra on. I am returning the small as the size guide is incorrect but I will keep the medium as I think it will be more suitable once I am about 8 weeks post-op. Please don't choose this bra if you need proper compression in the few weeks after surgery. The lipoelastic/macom style bra is much more supportive and suitable for that period in your recovery and saving a few quid is not worth it especially after the cost of surgery IMO. So 3 weeks ago I had breast augmentation surgery. I went from an A cup to a D. My surgeon told me that my band size was a 32 so went I got sports bras in that size. After surgery I found that the bras were unbearable and way to tight even with bra extenders. I had to go out and find more sports bras but decided on a 34C.. even then they were too tight and painful even with 3 bra extenders! I decided to take a chance buying this as after 3 weeks of being uncomfortable, sore nipples from the bra rubbing and also being red raw under my breasts from the sports bras rubbing there I couldn't take it anymore. I ordered the medium size which is for a 36 band (keep in mind I measure as a 32D) and even tho I ordered a bigger size it is still quiet tight but is ok if I wear it on the last clip.. but it is comfortable and soft. I feel supported and it does not rub under my breasts or my nipples which is a god send! I do recommend this product but think a size bigger should be ordered.

So I’m post of from augmentation Really the sizing is way off so sending mine back Pros I like that the padding it did have just at the sides is really soft Cons I would have preferred full cup padding the same as the sides The fact the straps weren’t adjustable at all meant that I couldn’t do anything to make it comfortable The material is very very thin on the actual breast part and my nipples were super pokey in this It gave me no support and I felt like my implants were just sacks of weight balloons in them lol Bra made me feel unbelievably unattractive at my lowest point I cried because I thought my boobs were still too small because I ordered almost all sizes and realised it was not me It was the bra To the seller It needs adjustable straps If you’re removing padding from the bra then you need the material a bit thicker to hide nipples lol The cups were too big even when I was swollen but another company had the same bra pretty much but their medium fit me and I’m a dd cup breast Can you explain this?

I rarely write reviews, but I love my purchase so much that I need to share with you. I had an augmentation over 15 years ago and still loving my 34D. The problem has been for all that time is finding a comfortable bra that is affordable. I did splash out a long time ago after not finding what I needed, and the bra was over £60. I was disappointed and was no better than its cheaper rivals. I have a long-standing shoulder injury and now have arthritis in it. I have arthritis of the neck and spine a double curvature of the spine so most bras I could afford equalled to torture. I have gone braless unhappily just because I couldn’t not find a bra that didn’t pull on my shoulder or cut into me. I decided to try YIANNA Women Post Surgery as I was attracted to the front opening as it easier for me as I also have arthritis in my fingers and hands. I watched the video- read the reviews and made my purchase. I have ordered another (wash one wear one) as I cannot believe how comfortable it is. I ordered a M size which fits really nicely and plenty of space to adjust the front and shoulder straps. Clever design I thought on the adjustable shoulder straps and no pinching and so very soft on my shoulders. SOOOOOO Happy with this Bra!!!! You will never waste your money with this one- It’s a Keeper!

Not supportive at all, fit perfectly but didn’t hold the girlies up, I had it on the tightest strap and it’s too stretchy because it didn’t make much of a difference. Also it’s very low cut at the front, I’d buy a more supportive bra if you’re post recovery
