This face cream feels very nice on the skin, it’s light but thick enough to hydrate. It saved my skin that was dried out from salicilyc acid. Some say it has a sweet smell, but for me it’s barely noticeble.Edit:I absolutely cannot believe the failure of their customer service. I knew there was something wrong with batch 40601 - I asked for a replacement from Amazon as I thought the cream went bad, it smelled disgusting and it was rock hard in the pot. The replacement was from the same batch - same poor quality. Months later, I ordered a jar again but still had the same number, 40601 on it - and guess what, it smelled horrible too. I reached out to Upcircle and asked if it's usual for their product quality to vary between different batches, as I thought to myself I might need to go to a store somewhere to check the smell before purchasing. Customer service got back and lectured me about how the quality is the same each time. They did not offer a refund or a replacement, anything. I'm pleased to see they finally acknowledged their mistake. Unfortunately, I already threw away all those jars....£50 out the window.

Excellent face cream, moisturises well but not greasy. Lasts a long time.

I bought the day moisturiser a couple of weeks ago and my skin feels great. The dry skin that I have been trying to get rid of around my nose for a couple of years now has gone😀 facial scrubs would help for a couple of days but then there would be dry skin again. I bought the upcircle coffee scrub which is awesome but using the day moisturiser I don’t feel the need to exfoliate my skin like I used to😀now I have treated myself to the night cream, which arrived today. It has a vanilla smell, which is really nice. I have given a 4 star rating as it is a new product. But I love it!!

Batch Number: 40601Please note that UpCircle have confirmed a bad batch of their product recently! Their recipe has not changed. The reviews mentioning a very thick white cream that smells slightly strange are likely due to this batch as this differs from the usual cream.This should now be resolved so any new purchases should be okay! Look out for the batch number above.This cream is amazing! Give it another chance if you received a bad batch! I contacted UpCircle directly with photos of the cream and pot and they've sent out a new one to me free of charge even though I bought it off amazon and not through their own website.Amazing company that is really trying to do amazing things! Please don't give up on them!

Bought in May but didn’t open until after refund timing and noticed horrid smell and too thick. Same batch as mentioned in previous reviews: 40601. Was thinking it was a wrong batch to be sold cheaply on Amazon as have previous bought from upcircle and I liked the smell. Been using for a few days holding breath using it but now coming out in spots- so wasted money unfortunately. Put me off choosing upcircle on Amazon.Update: I contacted Upcircle to inform- as I bought with Amazon they said they have informed them of this batch issue, asked to stop using and offered 15% discount. As outside of returns bracket I cannot return for refund with Amazon.

Lovely cream. Easy to apply and makes your skin feel well moisturised. Your skin feels lovely and soft.

I was a Lush girl for 20 years, but having discovered Upcircle I am now a full convert.Eye cream, peptide serum, face cream and oil on a daytime. Then followed by cleanse and night cream on an evening. My skin has never been better. Love this stuff !!

This is my favorite cream of any cream or lotion I've ever tried. It has an excellent score on Yuka, it feels like it actually sinks into and moisturizes skin, and it has a wonderful, natural scent with no added fragrance.Please make versions for hands and body!
