I think I see some improvement in hair and nails.. I also take bios so I don’t know if this is all the additional biotin but the improvement in here has been since I started taking the biotin a few months ago. I see new little hair sticking out like new growth.. highly recommend. I hate selfies as you can see but that’s my 72year-old head of hair.. and an FYI, to other ladies who may be my age and wondering about growing out your gray hair. This is my natural hair color.
