I have an 18-yr old frail kitty with hair loss due to thyroid issues. He's been feeling the cold snap here in FL so I decided to get him a kitty sweater. I wasn't sure how he'd react or if he'd tolerate it. Shouldn't have worried - he loves it! Highly recommend this product. The sweater is super soft, stretchy and cute - no problem getting my cat into it - and the sizing is spot on. (I ordered a size Large for my 8.5 lb kitty.) The fabric is very comfortable and not at all restrictive, and my cat is not radiator-hugging any more! I've already ordered another sweater in a different color.

My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes and is currently sporting a Freestyle Libre on the side of her neck. I bought this turtleneck to keep the device covered. I never thought she would be the type of cat to wear clothing but she really seems to like it. Since it is a turtleneck and it has sleeves there’s a little effort in putting it on but it wasn’t difficult and my cat was patient. It’s made of a soft, stretchy fabric. The fabric is just right - not too thick or thin. I wish I could have one in my size!My shorthair tabby cat is 9.5 pounds and is wearing the XL. It fits perfectly in the neck and chest. It’s a little long on her but so far she doesn’t seem to mind. I haven’t washed it yet but I will probably put it in a small garment bag to see how it does in the washing machine. I’m also not sure if the extra length will be problematic in the litterbox. If she continues to like it I see myself buying more of these!Edit: I washed the turtleneck in a garment bag and dried it. It does shrink a little, which was perfect since it was a bit on the large side. It’s probably best to air dry it as it did pill some, but I was being impatient. Depending on where your cat falls in the sizing, you may want to size up to account for shrink. Still five stars!

True 100% cotton you would actually want to put on your cat. Nicely made, fits well and washes beautifully. Mo plastic covers for my cat.

I wasn’t sure about which size to order for my cat. She’s about 14lbs and has a pretty significant primordial pouch on her belly.Based on another reviewer I ordered the XL and it fit nice and snug on my recently shaved cat. I think she felt comfortable enough in it, she was very snuggly, though this is the first time she’s ever really had any kind of clothes, so she did walk a bit funny for a while. She probably could have sized up a bit, especially if she had her full coat, but I didn’t want it to be loose enough for her to get her legs tangled or pull out of it. This works. It’s very soft and stretchy. I would order again.Only problem is she now looks like she has…let’s say, cow udders… hanging out because of the length of the belly portion, which is hilarious looking and so embarrassing for her.***Edit update. Im going to return the sweater, my cat never really got used to wearing it, and has managed to climb through the neck whole within minutes of putting it on. She won’t keep it on at all, so unfortunately this doesn’t work for us.

I am a volunteer at a local animal shelter and foster kittens when needed. I had a little kitten with burns on the back of her neck. She continually scratched this wound during the healing process and it would open up and bleed. Long story short, I purchased this set of XS sweaters to cover the wound and protect it. The sweater fit purrfectly on this approximately 3 month old kitten and, better yet, covered the area I needed it to. The kitten did manage to take it off over-night, but I put it back on in the morning. Her wound healed quickly because of this sweater. I ended up buying another set of sweaters because XS was very hard to find on Amazon. This will come in handy for future fosters, not just for stopping them from itching a wound, but for keeping them warm. They also look good on the "catwalk."

This fits my girl perfectly and keeps her happy

The sweater is soft and my Sphynx, Vega, seems to like it. She hasn't tried to strip, yet. It seems lightweight enough that she won't overheat, but thick enough to keep her warm in the a/c.Her body oils are quickly rubbing off on it. I've washed it and let it air dry, and it seems to have done just fine.Sizing is an issue, hence my knocking off a star. I purchased a M and an XL, just to find a good fit. By the size chart, an XL would be what fits my girl. Her measurements are: Neck - 7", Chest - 14", Length - 14", Weight - 8.5lb.The XL is huge on her (pictured). The M is just a touch too small. I'll be returning the M and getting a L instead. It'll probably be a little big, but that's better than huge or slightly small.Vega seems to really like this sweater, so I may get a few more.EDIT: I purchased the two pack in L, and while it's still a little big, the sweaters fit Vega much better!EDIT 29.Jun.2026: Four stars to three stars. The sweaters are still soft, and Vega does seem to love them, however, they are pilling like crazy in the wash. Photo added. They are also starting to feel like they will fall apart soon. We've had them only 2 months, and she does not wear these every day. She has an entire wardrobe to cycle through, so has worn each of these sweaters a handful of times.

This is the CUTEST sweater for my fur(less) baby! It is super easy to put on, and the size measurements are very accurate. I was worried that it would not look like the picture, but it looks better than the ad photo. The quality of the sweater is thick and stretchy. My little man looks so cute in it!
