Which mexi derma is non sting?

This does not sting at all it’s a very good protective cream

The item description says this is the “total” barrier cream but the picture does not have that on the label. Is this the total barrier cream?

l've used this barrier cream for a few years now and it's excellent. It helps sooth skin and really helps if you have sore, red skin it does form a barrier which to me helps healing.

Would it help acne scars on face?

Never use it on my face only on my bum and elbow and heels
