I am 6 ft tall, and trolly handles are too short, in inches will the handle be long enough for me?

I bought this item as I am also tall and have always struggled with the height of pram handles etc. I have found it fine - it was the tallest shopper I could find.

Does this fold flat for storage?

The stand section will fold back/ and it is completely flat, but the handle will not retract so it will stay at the same height. However it is ok for storing in cupboard or if you live in a flat will store upright in a wardrobe

Is the bag attached properly to the frame of the trolley? I bought a trolley from amazon a while back and the bag only had a velcro attachment on it.

I had to assemble trolley but it was easy to do and have had no problems.there's a sleeve on bag for frame to slide through.
