Quiet. Easy to use and the light works well to highlight the nails.
Absolutely love this nail trimmer! I have a highly strung Pomeranian that hates her nails being cut! This grinder works so well and she now just lies on her back and gets her nails manicured! No more growling and stress. It has been a game changer for us and makes nail trimming so easy!

Quality and solidly built dog nail grinder A+++
The Casfuy 6-speed Dog Nail Grinder is awesome! I am extremely happy with it and recommend it to anyone who does their dogs nails themselves. My dog is 30lbs and it works great on her nails. PROS: Very quiet when compared to a Dremel. Quiet enough that it doesn't frighten my dog. I'm very impressed with the quietness. It grinds extremely well. Takes off the nail quicker than I even imagined it could. Better than a Dremel sanding pad. The light actually shows my dogs red quick through the white/clearer nails. Not the black ones. Cordless, so no cord to plug in and drag around. Solid build. Should last a long time. Easy clean up. Just take the Protective cover off and wipe. 6 speeds with a solid dial to change speeds. I use speed 1 on my 30 lb dogs nails and it does a fantastic job. CONS: None - I can't think of a single thing I would change with this tool.

Solid and performs well
Right Out of the Box It came charged and ready to go, which was a nice touch. No waiting around to use it - just turn it on and get started. Always appreciate when a rechargeable product ships with a charge. Speed Settings The 6 adjustable speeds are really useful. You can start low to get your dog comfortable with the sensation and work your way up. It gives you a lot of control over how aggressive the grinding is, which is important when you're dealing with different nail thicknesses or a nervous pup. The Noise Factor Here's where I have mixed feelings. The listing emphasizes "super quiet" and it definitely isn't loud - I'll give it that. But it's not as quiet as I was hoping for either. It's somewhere in between. My dog doesn't freak out over it, so it's quiet enough to get the job done without a meltdown. But if you have a dog that's extremely noise-sensitive, just know it's not silent. Performance It does everything it claims to do. Grinds nails down smoothly without any snagging or pulling. The grinder itself feels comfortable to hold and the rechargeable battery lasts through a full grooming session without dying on me. Bottom Line It's a solid nail grinder that performs well and gives you good control with the speed options. Just go in with realistic expectations on the noise level - it's quieter than most, but "super quiet" is a stretch. If you're looking for a reliable, rechargeable nail grinder with adjustable speeds, this gets the job done. Your dog might not love nail grinding regardless, but at least this tool makes the process smoother for both of you.

Amazing product, low noise easy to use. It was stressful free for my dog.
I am so amazed with this product. I've always had problems trimming or dremeling my dogs nails, I usually have to put a cone on his head so he can't see what I'm doing. I recently took him to the vet to get his teeth cleaned and nails clipped, and they cut them way to short. He was anxious and in pain for about 2 weeks. I tried dremeling his nails yesterday and it was really harder than I've ever struggled before. He was so stressed out because of what he went through at the veterinary clinic. My husband and I were both trying to calm him down while I did his nails. I've seen advertisement for this low noise Dremel on YouTube and I decided to buy it. I just did both of his back leg nails with no problem. I couldn't believe it. This really does work. Harley is a shepherd husky mix and weighs 53 pounds his nails fit perfectly. I love this so much and I highly recommend this.

THE BEST NAIL TRIMMING SOLUTION, PERIOD.
I expected a cheap peace of junk made in China and what I received is probably one of the best consumer products I have ever purchased. This thing is a miracle. I had historically used a Dremel on my Golden Retrievers. They didn't like it, but they complied. Our one-year old Lab took to this trimmer with no problem at all. His nails are so short that they make no contact with the ground. Everyone comments on them - vet, groomer, trainer. It's a remarkable product. It's relatively quiet and, if you do it right, the light shines right through the nail so you can see the quick. Ours is a Red Fox Lab, so your success with seeing through nails on a darker/black dog may vary. The trick is to lay the dog on its back with its head in your lap. Not all dogs will do this so you may need a little help from someone to feed some treats as a distraction. Mine didn't need any of it. Just take a little off every couple of days, avoid the quick and your dog will have perfect nails. No floor scratching and no car seat scratching. If your dog is apprehensive, just hold it in your lap while sitting on the floor and give it some rubs and treats will turning the trimmer on low. Don't actually trim our dogs nails until it's comfortable with the device. When you do trim for the first time, just gently hit one nail and call it a day. Do it again later and use treats. Keep doing that and, in a few days, you'll have a great trimmer solution. I would very much caution you not to get aggressive with this trimmer. It can be tempting to go crazy and take them all the way down, and some dogs may allow this, but it WILL hurt if you hit the quick, even though there won't be blood. I would also recommend trimming the top part of the nail and letting the concrete wear down the under-side of the nail naturally. If you don't walk your dog enough for that, just carefully file the entire nail a little bit at a time. Doing this every few days keeps the drama to a minimum and will keep your dog's quick moving backward. Just remember to take the smallest amount off if you can't see the quick. Less than a millimeter. I'm going to buy another one just so I have it when the one I have fails. It's that good. Note on pictures: This is a very active dog. He hikes mountains and walks 4-6 miles per day. His nails look rough because he spends a lot of time on rough terrain. You could file your dog's nails with a nail file if you want them smooth. I'm going for short.

It was good for the beginning
This worked until it stopped working. I wish the engine lasted longer. I’m not impressed with the battery. I mean it did the job for the first like 3-4 months. But what can you expect for the cost? So maybe it’ll get better later on.

Buy it for YOU and THEM!
Okay... I never write reviews. Like, ever. But I absolutely read every single one before I buy something, so I figured I owed the internet this one. 😂 BUY. THIS. NAIL. GRINDER. Our 10-year-old pug has officially entered his "grumpy old man" era. He wants absolutely nothing to do with strangers, and when someone tries to trim his nails, he turns into a tiny, dramatic velociraptor. He even tries to bite them... which is honestly more adorable than scary since he only has a couple of snaggle teeth left. 😂 I was dreading nail-trim day, but this grinder completely changed the game. I won't lie—I bribed him with tiny pieces of his "VIP" treats (the ones we only use when we leave the house) after every nail... okay, sometimes halfway through a nail. But instead of wrestling a cranky pug, I was actually able to grind all of his nails! Then came the real plot twist... Our Australian Shepherd, who is terrified of literally everything (including the beep from our coffee maker 🤦♀️), wandered over, curled up beside us, and acted like she was next in line for the doggy spa treatment! I about fell over. This thing is quiet, easy to use, and works incredibly well. I honestly can't believe I waited this long to buy one. My only complaint? I wish someone had convinced me to buy it years ago. If you're on the fence, this is your sign. Your dog, your floors, and your ankles (from those razor-sharp nails) will thank you!

It actually works for my dog who is afraid of getting his nails done.
I received this quick. Overnight shipping and great price for what I’m about to say. That’s not the best part. I have 3 hyper active dogs. One of them is afraid of having his nails done and tries to bite. Can’t even keep a muzzle on him he houdinis out of them. This same dog fell asleep, snoring in my lap this morning while I was filing his nails down. I was worried he wouldn’t sit still or that it wouldn’t work on his nails because they’ve gotten longer. It filed them right down, no pain, no frantic escapes or trying to hold him in place. It was the calmest experience I’ve had and probably he’s had trying to do his nails. It’s also got a nice look and handle to it. A cap to go over the top to keep it from getting ruined and it’s not super quiet, but it’s not so loud to cause anxiety in sensitive dogs. Best one on the market in my opinion. Easy to use. And the only one I’ve ever gotten that does what it was intended to do. 5/5 stars.

👍🏻👍🏻

Great for my Pug 😊 Stress free at last!
Well I am over the moon! Finally managed to get all our pug’s nails done without too much fuss! It isn’t quiet but not too loud either. Good quality, and does what it’s meant to. Recommend letting them get used to sound and rewarding with a treat after each nail.
