Review: Does the job well - The mat has a heavy weight to it and the material feels durable. I use it almost daily for my workouts and although the bottom has more grip then the top surface of the mat it still slides around a bit when jumping rope on it form side to side on it. The dark color is nice for outdoor use as dirt is less visible compared to my other bright mats. More grip would have given it 5 stars. Review: VERY GOOD - I used for skipping and this mat really helps to ensure my feet are not getting hurt. It helps to prevent soreness and shin splints. Alao protect my jump rope.
